Qualifying Information for 2010 AT&T Championship |
An 18-hole Pre-Qualifier for the 2010 PGA Champions Tour AT&T Championship will be conducted by the Southern Texas PGA on Oct. 21 at Canyon Springs Golf Club in San Antonio, with a maximum of six golfers advancing into the field of an Open Qualifier to be held Oct. 25, also at Canyon Springs.
The Pre-Qualifier is open to all male amateurs and professionals ages 50 and above as of Oct. 27, 2010.
A maximum of four golfers (the low four scorers) from the Event Qualifier (18 holes, stroke play) will advance into the field of the 2010 AT&T Championship, which will take place Oct. 29-31 at Oak Hills Country Club in San Antonio.
The entry deadline for the Pre-Qualifier is 5 p.m. on Oct. 18, 2010. Class A members of the PGA of America will pay $150 to enter the Pre-Qualifier; non-members will pay $200 (an additional $20 insurance fee is required from players who are not members of the PGA of America).
Qualifiers advancing from the Pre-Qualifier to the Open Qualifier and from the Open Qualifier into the AT&T Championship will pay no additional entry fees.
