Education Summit & Annual Meeting
The 58th STPGA Education Summit & Annual Meeting was held February 9–10, 2026, at The Westin San Antonio North in San Antonio, Texas.
Over two days, PGA Members, Associates, and partners gathered for education, connection, and celebration — earning valuable PDR credits while honoring the achievements of our Section.

PGA of America Associate Orientation
The Southern Texas PGA began conducting an Associate Orientation Program commencing in March 2026. The goal of this program will be to educate our Level 1 Associates on the STPGA, create networking opportunities, and, most importantly, motivate our Associates about the industry and PGA of America Membership.
The Orientation is a 45-60 minute free virtual webinar hosted by STPGA Senior Staff and PGA of America Employees. Click below for the full list of dates for each Orientation in 2026, and you can register today!
PGA HOPE Instructor Training
The Southern Texas PGA will be conducting a PGA HOPE Instructor Training on Monday, October 26 at TPC San Antonio for any PGA Member, PGA Associate, or LPGA Member who wishes to be trained as an instructor for assisting with or conducting a PGA HOPE program in 2027.
Attendees will receive seven (7) Education PDR's for attendance.
Coaching & Teaching Summit
The Coaching & Teaching Summit is designed for PGA Professionals dedicated to improving how they connect, communicate, and develop players of all skill levels.
Through focused sessions, peer collaboration, and practical coaching tools, attendees gain strategies that translate directly to the lesson tee and the training environment.
Walk away with sharper insight, renewed inspiration, and techniques you can implement immediately.
Because great coaching is never static.
