30th Energy Transfer Texas Senior Open

The Southern Texas PGA is proud to conduct the 30th playing of the Energy Transfer Texas Senior Open, the largest State Senior Open in the country, at Eagle Pointe Golf Club in Mont Belvieu, Texas.


Celebrating Energy Transfer’s 12th year as Title Sponsor, the championship will once again welcome PGA TOUR and PGA TOUR Champions winners, as well as top amateurs from across the nation. The 54-hole stroke play event will feature a 36-hole cut to the low 40 and ties, with all competitors playing in a single-division format.


Exemptions for the 2026 Energy Transfer Texas Senior Open included:

  • Past Champions
  • Top 40 and ties from the 2025 Championship
  • 2025 Low Amateur
  • Class A PGA Professionals, Life Members, Retired Members, and Master Professionals
  • Qualifiers from the 2026 Energy Transfer Texas Senior Open Qualifying Series


Based on availability, if a player is able to bring a $5,000 Pro-Am sponsor to the event, that individual will receive an automatic exemption into the tournament and not need to wait for the different priorities. For more information regarding the registration process, please click here.
