The Southern Texas PGA will host the 2026 Fall Merchandise Suite Show on August 17-19, 2026, at The Embassy Suites – The Woodlands, located at 1855 Hughes Landing Blvd, The Woodlands, TX 77380.

This three-day, suite-style buying event provides vendors, buyers, and PGA Members the opportunity to connect, review new merchandise lines, and plan for the upcoming season in a structured and convenient setting.

To officially participate in the 2026 Fall Merchandise Suite Show, vendors must complete three required steps:

1. Reserve a room within the official hotel block
2. Complete the vendor registration form
3. Submit payment to the STPGA

The STPGA Suite Shows transform The Embassy Suites into a three-day hub of industry activity across the Houston-Metro area. These suite-style events provide an intimate, efficient setting designed to maximize time with vendors and streamline the buying experience.

• Vendors are REQUIRED to reserve three (3) nights in the official room block
• Buyers are NOT required to reserve a room, but RSVP is required to attend
